TIRAMISU'
Ingredients per 4 people: 4 eggs, 400 g mascarpone, 4 spoonful of
sugar, 1 pack of savoiardi, coffè, cocoa.
Divide albumen from yolk and whip it, then leave it resting ofr 10
minutes in the fridge. Prepare the coffè and plunge the savoiardi. In
a heat-resistant dish make a cream layer and one of savoiardi and so
on till filling the dish. Re-cover everything with cocoa and put it in
the fridge for 12 hrs. |
